  • Insurance

    Our office is not in network with any insurance companies. This means that the patient is fully responsible for paying for their appointment at the time of their scheduled visit.


    If the patient would like to submit claims to their insurance, a superbill can be provided.


    Single case agreements will not be accepted.


    Our office staff will not be involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding uncovered charges, coordination of benefit issues, eligibility issues, pre-existing conditions, or any other matter, which causes your claim to be denied.


    At this time, we are not accepting new Tricare patients and cannot submit new authorizations for Tricare patients.

  • Payment

    Payment is due at the time of appointment, unless other arrangements have been made. All alternate financial arrangements must be made in advance and in writing.

    Appointments not paid for the day of will incur a $50.00 fee.


    All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Care Credit and checks are accepted. Cash cannot be accepted unless the exact cash amount is paid. We do not keep extra cash in our office to provide change.


    Checks are typically deposited the same or next day. The fee for a returned check is $50.00 This will be applied to your account in addition to the insufficient funds amount. Please make immediate financial arrangements prior to your appointment, if there is a possibility of insufficient funds.


    No payment plans are provided. Payment arrangements may be made in certain circumstances with the office manager. These payment arrangements must be in writing.


  • Appointments

    Please call our office to schedule an appointment. Appointments are required.

  • Treatment

    Treatment time can vary widely.  In general, the treatment plan will be lengthier and more complicated if the symptoms are severe, or if the problem has existed for a long time.


    We will make every effort to diagnose and treat any disorders with timely and cost-efficient methods.  The most proven, evidenced based and conservative techniques will be used.
